Terms of Service

Using the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that happens through your use of the Service.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any feature, and any early-access features may change or be discontinued. We may contact you about your signup as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you create (“Your Content”) — including your logs, journal entries and notes, trips and plans, photos, saved locations, recorded GPS tracks, and captured health days.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
• You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights necessary to share it — including where Your Content contains another person’s information, such as the name or email address of someone you invite to a trip or record as a companion.

Storing and syncing Your Content

The app can run in local mode, where Your Content stays on your device, or in cloud mode, where we store and sync it for you. Choosing cloud mode is what authorises us to upload Your Content — all of it, including your recorded location history and health days, and including content you created before switching. What we do with it is described in our Privacy Policy. In local mode we hold no copy, so backup, multi-device access, and trip sharing are not available and content lost with the device cannot be restored by us.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service — including by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or uploading harmful or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Magical Adventure Lab and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including park or wait-time data) is accurate or complete. Magical Adventure Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magical Adventure Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we’ll update the “last updated” date and provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
